Ted has been an owner in the construction, development, and real estate investment industry his whole adult life (almost 20 years). He will continue to lead the firm in business development. Ted Passyn has worked his way from building single home development projects to overseeing an array of businesses in a multitude of states which have built hundreds of units from high end custom homes to affordable multifamily sites. He is also involved in the investment of properties that encompass 1000 plus lots. As an investment management company, The Yorktowne Group manages entities with a variety of real estate assets including unentitled land, entitled land and land which produces revenue. Their goal is to select the best strategies for investors, stakeholders, communities, and the environment, while the prime investors continue to make a profit.
